We will be taking an already inspired menu from Chef Mark and matching it up to Beers of Canada hand selected by Importing God Jocelyn Cambiers as well as wines from Loudoun Counties very own Jim & Lori Corcoran, owners of one of Northern Virginia's finest wineries, Corcoran Vineyards. Which selection do you think will pair best with each course? Will the U.S. get some revenge? Or will our neighbors to the North hand us another startling defeat?
