As autumn settles into Loudoun, join us for an evening inspired by the wines and culinary traditions of Germany and Austria.
Chef Ian Dieter will create a five-course menu that brings together local and international ingredients, drawing on Old World flavors and traditions with a distinctly modern approach. Each course will be paired with a carefully selected German or Austrian wine, chosen to complement the dish and showcase the character of these celebrated wine regions.
Expect a menu that feels rooted in the season, thoughtful pairings, and a fresh interpretation of the food and wine traditions of Germany and Austria.
