Join us for an evening that celebrates the deep, earthy elegance of spring. Our Mushroom Wine Dinner returns with a five-course menu from Chef Ian, highlighting a beautiful range of seasonal fungi sourced from Misty Meadow Mushrooms.
Each course is paired with wines from Burgundy’s Maison Chanzy, known for their expressive, terroir-driven Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Thoughtfully curated by Matt Perkins, the pairings bring out the nuance, texture, and quiet complexity of both land and vine.
